Service terms
CritOrbit Client Service Agreement
These terms apply to every client request submitted to CritOrbit.
1. Scope of service
Work is based on the scope and details submitted in your request. Additions or changes beyond the original brief are quoted and charged separately as a Scope Change.
2. Payment terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the preview version and your acceptance.
3. Delivery and acceptance
You receive a watermarked or reduced-resolution preview within the agreed timeframe. You have 48 hours to accept it or request a revision within the original brief. No response within 48 hours is treated as acceptance.
4. Revisions
One revision round within the original brief is included. Additional revisions, or changes outside the brief, are separately quoted and paid before work resumes.
5. Final files
Full-resolution and source files are released only after full payment is received.
6. Confidentiality
CritOrbit and the assigned helper will not share your brief, files, or personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver your request.
7. No circumvention
You agree not to bypass CritOrbit to engage an assigned helper directly for the project introduced through CritOrbit unless CritOrbit gives written consent. A breach may result in termination of service without refund.
8. Cancellation
Before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full. After work has started, any refund is assessed according to the work completed.
9. Helper unavailability
If an assigned helper cannot complete the work, CritOrbit will assign a replacement helper or refund the incomplete portion.
10. Promotional use
Your completed work will not be used for promotional purposes without your separate consent.
11. CritOrbit's discretion
CritOrbit may decline, modify, or discontinue a request at its discretion, with a reasonable refund of unused payment.

By submitting a request, you agree that CritOrbit may process the information you provide for job matching, communication, and service delivery. See our Privacy Notice for details.
