This notice explains how CritOrbit collects and uses information for Interior Design and Architecture design-support requests.
What we collect
We may collect your name, WhatsApp number, service request, project details, deadline, and any reference files or visuals you send to us.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your request, match an appropriate helper, communicate with you, quote and deliver the service, and resolve any service issue.
Who may see it
Access is limited to CritOrbit administration and the helper assigned to your project. A helper only receives the material needed to complete that project.
Storage and retention
We store operational records in access-controlled Google Workspace tools. Project information is normally retained for up to 12 months after completion, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for service, accounting, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or ask about the personal information we hold. Contact us through CritOrbit's official WhatsApp channel and include enough information for us to identify your request.
Updates
We may update this notice when our workflow changes. The current version published on this page applies to new requests.
