CritOrbit Helper Agreement

These terms apply to every helper who accepts CritOrbit work.

1. 1. Independent relationship

   You engage with CritOrbit as an independent collaborator, not an employee.

2. 2. Confidentiality

   You will not share client briefs, files, or personal information outside the scope of the assigned job.

3. 3. No circumvention

   You will not independently solicit or accept work directly from a client introduced through CritOrbit, bypassing the platform, for that project or future work arising from that introduction.

4. 4. Delivery standards

   You will deliver work within the agreed timeframe and scope. Late or incomplete delivery without reasonable communication may result in removal from the CritOrbit helper roster.

5. 5. Payment

   You will be paid the agreed Helper Payout for each job: 50% after client deposit and 50% after final client payment.

6. 6. Ownership

   After full payment, final deliverables prepared specifically for the client transfer to the client, subject to any third-party software, fonts, stock assets, models, or other licensed material used.

7. 7. Portfolio use

   By submitting work samples, you grant CritOrbit permission to display selected work with identifying client information removed for promotional purposes.

8. 8. Performance tracking

   CritOrbit may track quality, speed, and reliability internally for job-matching purposes.
