Consultation Terms
Please read these terms before booking a 1:1 CritOrbit Consult session.
1. Service nature
CritOrbit Consult is a coaching and consultation service. The consultant provides design direction, professional opinions, and technical guidance. We do not complete or submit any assignment or project work for you; your final work remains your own responsibility.
2. Consultation scope
Sessions are limited to the listed scope: Space Planning, 3D Modelling Direction, and Rendering Ideas. The base specialty is Space Planning. The consultant may decline questions outside this scope or recommend a more suitable service.
3. Not a software class
Consult does not include button-by-button operation or interface teaching for AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other software. We focus on design thinking, direction, and decisions rather than software instruction.
4. Booking and payment
Choose your topic and either a 30-minute or 1-hour session through the booking form. Payment by DuitNow QR or bank transfer is required before a booking is confirmed. After payment is verified, CritOrbit will confirm a time with you through WhatsApp and provide a Google Meet link.
5. Late arrival and absence
If you arrive late, that time is deducted from the booked session and the end time will not be extended. Missing a session without at least one hour's notice means the session is forfeited without refund. If the consultant is more than 10 minutes late, you may choose to extend the session to make up the time or request a full refund.
6. Refund requests
If you are dissatisfied, submit a refund request within 24 hours after the session and clearly state which part of the consultation did not meet expectations. CritOrbit will first seek a resolution with both parties. We may review attendance, the actual session duration, whether the discussion stayed within the booked scope, and the consultation summary before making a final decision.
7. Consultation records
A short session summary may be recorded after each consultation to preserve the key advice given and to support any service-resolution review. Where the evidence is unclear, CritOrbit will assess the situation fairly and may offer a partial refund where appropriate.
8. No circumvention
After being introduced through CritOrbit, clients and consultants may not bypass CritOrbit to arrange related private services, lessons, or follow-up work outside the platform. CritOrbit may remove either party from the platform if this happens.
